  • Q: How many times can I log in and out?
  • A: As many times as you want.
  • Q: Is the entire course done online?
  • A: Yes, the entire course is done 100% online.
  • Q: How long do I have to complete my courses?
  • A: 90 days. If you need more time, just let us know, and we will extend the time free of charge. If you are enrolling in weekly classes you will have access for the number of weeks you enrolled in.
  • Q: Do you offer a court acceptance guarantee?
  • A: Yes, we stand behind all of our products and programs. If your court, agency, or judge doesn’t accept your certificate, please notify us immediately, and we will work with them to get it accepted. There are thousands of courts, judges, and agencies across the country that still haven’t heard of us. Most of the time, we just need to send them our credentials and your certificate will be accepted. If in the event they don’t accept your certificate, we will refund your course fee. It will be your responsibility to confirm with the judge, probation, caseworker, or your attorney as to whether an online program will meet your requirements.
  • Q: Are there tests that I need to pass?
  • A: Yes, all of our programs have tests. Do not accept an online course that doesn’t offer a testing. Courts and judges don’t like it when participants are not tested.
  • Q: What if I fail the final exam?
  • A: If you do not pass the final exam, you will have another attempt at passing without any extra charge. We will give you access to the course again at no extra charge so you can review the material again before retesting.
  • Q: Can I sign up online?
  • A: Yes, you can sign up 100% online using our secure registration form and payment. All of our programs are taken 100% online. You do not need to make an appointment, visit an office, or make a phone call to register for an in person class. Select your class and click on the purchase button to begin.
  • Q: How long is the course?
  • A: It depends on which course you sign up for. Our courses range from 2 hours to 52 weeks. Each course requires that you spend a minimum amount of time. Please check the time details for your course to determine how long it is. You do not, however, need to accrue those hours in one sitting. Once registered, you may start and stop the course at your convenience.
  • Q: When will I receive my certificate?
  • A: Upon completion, you will be able to download and print. Plus, another certificate will be emailed to you for your records for free. If you are enrolled in a weekly parenting class program, your certificate will be emailed and mailed within 2 business days after completion. If you need your certificate sooner, we offer UPS delivery service. Be sure to call us at (800) 397-1898 to sign up for this service. Don’t miss your court deadline.
  • Q: How do you know where to send my certificate?
  • A: During registration, we will ask for your email address as well as your mailing address.
  • Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
  • A: We accept secure online payments using Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. This includes debit cards, credit cards, and pre-paid cards displaying the Visa or MasterCard logos. We also accept money orders.
  • Q: Can I mail in a money order?
  • A: Yes, if you want to mail in a money order, contact us and we will give you the necessary information of where to mail it. While we are waiting for your payment to arrive, you will be given access to your course so you can work on the program. Once we receive your payment, we will notify you.
